Return & Exchange policy

SHIPPING

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and are completely borne by us except in the case of sale products , shipping charges might be charged additionally .

 

RETURNS

  • You can apply for a Return within 7 Days from the date of delivery & a credit note will be issued (Shipping/COD charges if applicable will not be refunded).
  • Once Return/ Exchange request is acknowledged by the Chehar Luxury team during the next working day, please send the product back to us, either by yourself or if the brand needs to pick up the parcel then ₹200 will be charged to the customer.
  • once we get the parcel back with us and the quality check is successful. Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging acceptable.

  • Online Payments: If you paid online, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) You will need to provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. The refund will be processed via NEFT or IMPS within 2–5 business days.

EXCHANGES

Any product bought from cheharluxury.in can be exchanged from the online store only, within 7 days of receiving the product. Provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state.

  • We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes only
  • No exchange is provided for SALE items.
  • Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order
  • We do not provide any refund as every order is handcrafted by a hard working tailor for you.
  • We don’t exchange or return any product from our sale items

Easy Exchanges

  • Pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible.
  • Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  • Courier the parcel back to us at the following address.
